Do you have neighbors who often have endless videoke nights? I wonder why some people are so insensitive and doesn't realize that they were very disturbing. I am not trying to be a kill joy kind of person but I guess they can do it without disturbing others. There are people who are tired and wants a good sleep.

Report them especially if they've been doing it for the past nights. A night may be tolerated, but more than that and they do it until wee hours in the mornng is already considered a nuisance, enough for your proper authorities to stop them.
I hate those kinds of neighbors. We are free to do things but we must also respect the rights of others in exercising our freedom.

I understand that it is part of the celebration since we Filipinos are fond of that. But the thing is even a day after the party the videoke is still there and they would still use it. Using it during the party is okay but after? Sad thing here is that local officials doesn't seem to care about things like that. I haven't heard of any ordinance made regarding this.

@LdeL0318 Try reporting it. It's considered as a nuisance. If your barangay officials would just ignore it, go to the police. At my parents' place, they report it.

Some people just don't have decency to think of their neighbors. That's one of the reasons why my brother transferred in the first place to his new home. unfortunately it was some how followed them, not sure if they are still being pestered.

I did had neighbors who have endless videoke nights before. Good thing we already transferred. Even if you tried to plea for them to lower the volume down, it still doesn't work. Thought of reporting them to our barangay captain before but just didn't. It will eventually pass and we did got immune to the awful sound of their voices..haha.

Here in the province it's just usual to have neighbors like that. Sad thing, there is no ordinance regarding it.

I love videoke, it's my own way of relaxation, though I'm sensitive enough to think of my neighbors, well, here in our country there are really people who doesn't mind that they are disturbing their neighbors. Maybe you can just ask the local officer ,"barangay" to make them stop or have an ordinance regarding this.
