We all know the devastating effect on our health of lack of sleep. Sleeping deprivation affect our immune system, self esteem and memory. Before I suffered with Insomnia, thus greatly affect my working ability, and even my self confidence, I often thought that I look ugly because of my eye bags. I felt my appearance is horrible. How about you, do you give your self enough time to sleep? Do you have problems with sleeping?

Yeah, it's a natural, your body was adjusting that could take a week. My first job before was in shifting every 3 months.I work for 12 hours a day. So it was a bit hard when you you're used on day shift and transfer to night shift. It's difficult working on graveyard.
Anyway thank you for always sharing with us bart78 and enjoy your day!

to deprive from sleep.
it is kind of weird.
but i must say i sometimes deprive myself from sleep a lot.
even in the morning, i really want to sleep a little longer, but i have to get up to go to work.
i really hate that.
what's worse, i couldn't do anything with it. god bless me.
