hi. i've been trying to lose weight for 2 months now by cutting off calories from my daily intake and have been successful so far. about 2 weeks ago i've noticed that i've stopped losing weight. i was afraid that i've reached a plateau this early. i decided to change my diet and switched to drinking Herbalife shake for breakfast and dinner. the product is very good. have you had the same experience? what meal supplements are you using?

hi there! my sister is getting married this couple of month so she needs to loosen more weight to have a perfect fit for the gown and everthing, she is regularly shifting her supplements from herbal slimming to this month and next month is slimming tablets with l-carnitrine..

Yes only the juice that have L-carnitine but not the supplements. Right now I'm trying to lose weight by cutting my rice and I'm also drinking ginger ale to help my metabolism. I don't know if is working but I observed I'm losing weight but I think if without exercise supplements won't be effective. You should combine it with diet and exercise.

Herbalife? I have not heard of it. How does it taste like and what does it do to your body?
I have a cousin who tried Biofit tea and it did help her lose a lot of pounds in just a few weeks. However, she developed a dependency on the product -- now she can't poop without taking it. I did a research on the product and found out that it's pretty bad and I'm confused why it's even on the shelves. I'm in the normal weight and health range but I'm working on trimming my body to become slim and fit instead of the usual weak body types that most petite girls have. I have learned that good exercise and diet pays well.
I eat Mueslix cereals for breakfast; C-Lium fiber capsules with my lunch; light snack to keep me from getting hungry; green, fresh salad for dinner.

Hello. I do take meal supplements once in a while, but that is not for reducing weight. I am taking "Ensure". That is as a supplement when I miss taking lunch or dinner, getting too busy at the time. I like jogging in the park to keep fit and enjoy the scenic surrounding at the same time. That is certainly very refreshing and excellent for health.
