How frequently u will meet ur old friends?

It is quite sad to have totally lost contact with some of my old friends. Where are they ? Where have they gone ? How can I ever contact them ? Thos are the sad questions I often ask myself, and I am sure they have also been asking the same questions to themselves. Ofcourse, we try keep in touch as best we can. We also try to be at the class reunions as often as we can. We would write letters, write emails, and telephone too as often as we can ! Old friends are invaluable !

hi friend,i love to spend time with my friends,since now i am being at abroad,i could not able to meet them ,so i used to have only mail contact,once in a while i used to call them and chat for a minutes.

i guess i only meet my old friends when i get to bump them on the road or in public places, i don't have recall if how frequent, we usually update each other get have each contact number or email address and we scram away..

After i completed our frnds group get apart....we all are in different cities...I met old frnds sometime one time in 1year coz the our busy schedule is not allowing this...in this year we met 2-3 times and it was gud...

Not as often as we used to while we were schooling. I meet them once in a blue moon. We are all busy now with our respective life & job but we still get to text, chat & email each other.

hello srija, i don't have that much friends...huh! i just have few but they are all true to me. here where i am living i get to meet my friends atleast twice a month or sometimes if we are not busy even once a week... but with my friends from school, i seldom meet them! because i am living far from them and some are already abroad... i just get to meet them online and have a good chat with each other... my friends from college, i have meet them just once a year if i have a chance of going back to my hometown...but even if we are not seeing each other that often, whenever we are together, we feel like nothing has changed and we are still very close to each other just the way we are before... have a nice day!

I used to meet with my high school friends every couple of months. Then I've slowly become aware that they weren't as good to me as I was to them. Im not stuck up or anything...Take Marissa. We have been friends for 8 years now. She constantly calls me and wants to do stuff. Sounds perfect, right? Well, then she doesn't answer my calls or texts for the next two weeks and pulls a no show on dinner/movie/whatever. I get free concerts at my job and got her in to one, paid for her meals a lot because she was broke...I've given up. I say Yeah! Lets go! and then make other plans. I have never had to cancel my second plans. One of these days I will stand up to her, but right now...its just not worth it. The others are getting married and having kids...they are too busy for me but I totally understand them! lol.

hi,srija,i used to meet every day when i am i my place,who are my childhood friends,ofcourse only 4 people were settled here.But our degree class mates we used to meet yearly once that too in my college auditorium,eventhough they settled in far away places.Recently we celebrated 25 years of completion of our degree,BSc[Agriculture] along with families..we enjoyed a lot.Thanks for posting this discussion.

In fact this is a question I am about to address.I had a lot of school friends who were really close.We had gone our separate ways after school and did not meet up for about 15 years. I have just planned a get together for us in the first week of December and hope to have a grand time talking about the good old times.
