I am so nervous for him. But I really hope he passes. Neither I or my hubby have passed our driving exams and with 3 children it is something that is on the top of our list.
I am really tired today as I worked last night, but my neighbors have decided to do building work next door so you can imagine the noise, plus my nerves for my husband. So I will just have an early night tonight I think.
Did you pass your driving test first time? If not how many attempts did it take you?

I got mine after 2 tests. I cried when I didn't pass the first time. I felt like it was the end of the world (LOL), because I had already bought a car and I need to have good transportation at that time. I understand how you feel. I do hope he succeed....I'll be praying for him. Good luck.

He Passed!!!!!!!!!
I am so happy =) I have been trying to convince myself all day that it doesn't matter if he fails. It won't be the end of the world. But he passed.
It means after Christmas we can finally get mobile as a family. Life will be so much easier. We haven't a car yet, but we will be buying one in the new year

I did pass mine the first time, just barely. I think the exams over there are a lot harder though.

He had to do a written exam first and a hazard perception test, which is a video and you have to spot the hazards quickly enough. Then you have to be tested on the road. I am so pleased he passed as life is going to be so much simpler, thanks for the luck I think it worked

I don't know how you do it!!! Here being able to drive legally is a main part of our life. I passed my driving test on the first try!!! I don't know if you've heard this or not, but a South Korean woman passed her driving test on her 950th try. She's 68 & started trying in 2005. She REFUSED to give up!!!

Wow and I thought we spent a lot on driving lessons and the tests!!! That must have cost her a fortune. We spent easily £1500 on lessons and exams so life is going to be so much cheaper now he has passed.
If I had to pay £62 out 950 times I think I would cry as that is what the practical exam costs to take. (Roughly $120)
I am taking lessons myself after Christmas so hopefully it won't take too long. I can't wait to get a car. To be honest with three kids I have no idea how we have managed so far without a car, but we do. Though I have been told once we have one we won't be able to live without one
