This is something that I read this morning. What are your thoughts? Do you think that this is always true?
Your Thoughts, become words. Your Words, become actions.
Your Actions, become habits. Your Habits, become character.
Your Character, becomes YOUR Destiny.

Hi, Pose123. Yes this is very true! When I read it, I applied it to my life, and it fits! The only thing that has not been fulfilled would be my destiny. I am still trying to make this happen by working hard and never giving up. If I keep this up, my destiny will be fulfilled! If anyone else is following my lead, they can do it too!

I would have to disagree with that entire statement. I have many thoughts that are never spoken or acted upon, hence do not become habits or define my character. I believe that our thoughts do send out a cosmic energy of sorts and that energy attracks other like energies, but a destiny? I don't really think there is a destiny, there are paths to take and explore, but to believe in a destiny is to believe in an ending. I don't believe we truly ever end in spirit, body yes, but not spirit.

I also agree that they have an effect on us, but not all and not necessarily a destiny effect. : )

I think if you put your mind to it everything is possible. If you constantly think good things, good things are more likely to happen to you. But if you surround yourself with negative thoughts than you might end up thinking that it is all bad stuff. I guess it all depends, but having the right mindset makes many things much easier to do and get.

I don't think this is always the case, certainly when it is then it's your destiny.
But I think a break can happen at any time during the string of events and then the whole thing will change. I have the freedom to change at any point but the further along the string you are the harder it is to break it

Hi Pose123
Yes I do agree that thoughts lead us to our destiny. The concept that you have put
forth is very true and so I feel that we should treasure our thoughts and make them for ever positive so that our destiny help us to chose the correct path in life and do something good for humanity.
Regards

What a person believes is often what a person becomes.Thoughts can change one's life in so many ways but it isn't your destiny. Life is about learning and growing as people. God sets the parameters of our lives. We can make changes within these parameters. Example: Lots of young people take off for hollywood in hopes of being a movie star. Many believe and think they can be a star.Reality is that within the parameters of their life, they lack what it takes to ever make it. They can believe and believe, try and try but their destiny is elsewhere. Thoughts do shape our lives in so many ways. I am always in favor of THINKING.

This is why is so important to eliminate bad thoughts from our mind
because it really becomes part of our destiny if we allow those thoughts
to take over our daily routine. Everything begins with the first thought
,and we end up miserable if we allow our minds to control our actions unless
we are surrounded by positive people and plenty of beautiful thoughts.
