I am still shocked by the discusting performance from Adam. What made him think his performance would be appropriate for national television. I hope this does not end his career before it starts. Is this what we can expect from him in the future? I sur hope not.

I've watched alot of performances by various artists and I think he was just trying to fit in regarding the "shock" factor. I personally thought it was great, and in step with other artists and what they are doing. I think where it went wrong for him was that it was the AMA and perhaps not the place for it. Any other time or tv appearance and I think no one would have said much. But the AMA has such a broad range of viewers from kids to grandmas and there in lies the problem.
And as a side note: I think he should have won American Idol. I think he lost because someone was slamming him because he's gay.

I had taken into consideration his audience, too. I think he performed at 11 at night, and kids shouldn't be up that late.
He is my idol!

I think the performance was awesome, and went perfectly with the lyrics "Pick up the pace".... which I interpret to mean to integrate male homosexuality into the main stream.
And, "Push the limit", which he did very well.
He was hot, he was sexy.
And he was honest.
I loved it!
