Do you think you are blessed with a fairly good life?

I do feel that I am blessed in this life. I have had several bad years and once again I can't have my oldest son with me on the holiday this year. Overall I do feel that my life with my hubby,my boys, and the grandkids are the best. Great discussion, and keep up the good work. Have a nice day and keep smiling.

Life is good for me. I am not rich nor do I have all the comforts in life. But I could say that I am happy and well. I think what matters most is that we are satisfied with life and that we continue to dream as well as plan and work to reach that dream. That is what life is all about in my case. Otherwise, life would be boring and life would not be worth living.

whats the matter..today everyone is talking about philosophy..i am responding to 3rd or 4th discussion of this kind..i am blessed with almost all the things and comforts of life..only what i need is to earn myself a bit..though i am very well financially..but i have a feeling from inside that i should earn myself...thats the only thing i feel lacking in my life...rest all is ok

What is to be will be. What we call 'luck' or 'ill luck' cannot be experienced by another. Each of us have our good and bad times and thus we cannot envy or be jealous of another's good fortune. I think Vijayanth would agree with me on this point as he is well versed in astrology and predictions.

I think you have so good wife and friends,you should consider yourself be happy. As far as I'm concerned, I think , I do live a happy life now. Though I still imagine if I can live a fairy good life. But now I am happy. This is enough for me. I can surf the net. I can log in mylot to begin my topic . I think the life is so comfortable. I do not need to request more. Yes my Friend I am really blessed with a good life by my Eterny God.The Most Important and precious in my Life is my Parents who sacrifices their Happy Moments for my Happiness.My Idiol my Father I saw a man who becomes rich from a poor condition by his Hearted Efforts,So he is my truely Idiol and he blessed me by fulfilling my every wish even i Don't Tell them. So Pretty Lucky and Hopes the same i will give them and fulfill their all wishes and providing Happiness in their Lives. So I am really Thankful to my almighty as he blessed me with my mom and dad and I wish everybody should Got Such Parents!

I am still blessed to have this life no matter how hard I struggle for day to day. I am dealing with different problems everyday, problems at work , friends and family, even our economy I take that as one of my problems. I am blessed to survive a day and be able to solve my problems one by one. I can say I still have a good life compare to those people in Africa, they don't have foods to eat and even shelter, they have all kinds of disease, not only in Africa but some different parts of every country, even in our country. I can still say that I am thankful for this blessing. God is still good to us.

Hi vijayanths, Most of us don't get the life we feel we deserve or we'd all be lying on beautiful beaches, sipping drinks. So to your question....yes..I do feel blessed. My life has had it's share of ups & downs as has most everyones. It's how its supposed to be. I don't believe we are here just to have a great time. I think we all have our own obstacles that we have to figure out how to get beyond or else we will stay stuck in the same miserable spot. Also, we have to have the ability to find the good in our lives or maybe create it when it appears there is none. I have my children, my grandchildren, some awesome friends, a full belly, a warm home, a job and a car to get me there and oh so much more!

I think that I have a blessed good life because I also have a family that cares about me. A friend that are always there to give me a helping hand in times a have some troubles. Even my pets contributes in having a good blessed life within me. I think that every human being in this world has a blessed good life because breathing air alone and living to do your own free will is enough to say that you have a fairly good blessed life.

Hi vijayanth I think, I too am blessed with good life. Good parents, spouse, children, neighbours, friends, food, clothing, comforts, a good house with all comforts and luxuries. One car to move around, decent financial status for running my family. I think god has given me more than what I deserve.Regarding the problems in life, I think I too am having some. Though I am blessed with all the happiness in life, I am having my own tensions and problems. We can not have cake and eat it too.

I often plaint why I am not live a rich life, but it is life caused by fate. Now my nomal hope is I have a health body, happy families.

having a good life depends on how we look at our lives and the tings we have. if we think we are blessed with having a good life, anything, even the smallest thing we have in life can be considered as a blessing. however, if you look at life as a constant lack, then you strive for more and never be contented. for me, look at my life as a blessed and a good one. problems are still there yeah, but with perseverance and of course prayer, we are able to get by. contentment, is just a state of mind, do you agree? you may have all the richness in the world but if are not contented you will never have enough. Don't you agree?

Hello! I do feel blessed as I have a supportive husband, loving family and relatives. And a pet that never fails to cheer me up when I am down! Life is full of its ups and downs; I have my bad moments and I will feel sad every time I think of them. Then again, I think of the wonderful things around me and they sure add a cheer of light to my mood then. I still wish I could have had some of the things I know I truly deserve, but sadly that never materialise. Well, like they say "life goes on". Wish you and fellow mylotters all the best in life!

it is said that god is fair, when he close the door, he opens the window for you. yes, the most valuable thing in one's life is the family, cherish for life, good attitude toward life. I believe I can live a better life because of my striving for it. But if there is something I can't control, I would like to accepte it.

Basically, my life is pretty good. I have no problems that cannot be overcome with some work. Obviously, I have had some major setbacks and my fair share of unfortunate events, but on the whole, my life is pretty good.

Of course there are certain areas in my life that I wish I can improve and be happy. But life happens and the only consolation for me is to appreciate what God has given me in this world. I should be happy that there is roof over my head, there are meals on the table and having children that form my most treasured assets on earth. I ask no more for I have everything needed for the duration of my stay in this planet.

hello vijayanths! the fact that i am still alive, healthy and with good family, although we are not rich but we are living in peace and harmony, and with strong faith in our hearts...and we feel the presence & guidance of God in our lives...i think we are more than blessed! yes we also have our problems in our life, but i know that its something that's just normal and i see it on a positive way...problems are just spices of our life making us even stronger... and i always count my blessings...and i appreciate & always thankful in everything that i have... blessings my friend!

Hello dear brother, Your life is who you are. Some people live in poverty but still happy,becoz they are contented with what they had and it doesn't mean that they are not having any ambitions,but,there are really people that have simple thinking and simple ideas about life and it's not their choice..but...it is really who they are. When there are people that are wealthy enough to live a luxurious life,but not happy and not contented with all the riches that surrounds them and still wanting more. I am blessed,thu my life is not perfect,but still i consider myself blessed enough and it is becoz,i am happy with my life now.
