Heels or Flats - What's your preference?

I prefer to wear flats, mostly because I have bad balance and heels make me nervous, haha! But besides that, you can find so many cute flats out there! I love sneakers, ballerina slippers, fancy flats, etc. Even when I do wear heels, they're short heels. Occasionally I'll dress up in heels, but only if I feel I really should.
What do you wear more, heels or flats? Or do you wear both equally?

I'm a flats girl as well! Sneakers, ballerina slippers, flip flops I love them all. They are comfortable and better for you in the long run than heals. I do enjoy heals depending on the outfit but nothing more than 1 and 1/2 inches.
I just think flats are more praticle as well. I go from work to school to mommy to wife all in the same day and most of the time heals are not appropriate for one or more of my daily jobs!

Ooh, I forgot about my beloved flip flops! That's pretty much all I wear in the summer [unless I'm working]. I have one pair of flip flops that I almost never take off, because they're comfortable and orange! Haha

I'd say I wear them pretty equally. But lately I've been wearing my heels a lot more. I think because I am so short (I'm only 4'10) I feel more professional and I feel I look older with my heels. Which is important because I am 20 but because og my height and my features I look much younger. So lately heels have helped me feel taller and more noticable for my age.

Hi Tickle. I prefer flats or shoes with low heels myself. There was a time in my life, although it didn't last very long, where I wore high heels. However, this was back when I was a teenager. I couldn't imagine wearing them now. Not with being a mom and all! LOL I'm on the tall side anyway, so the last thing I need is to add a few more inches to my height! LOL
Happy mylotting!

I wear trainers all the time! I have one pair of heels which I barely ever wear! I am very pleased about this as the other day I read somewhere that people who wear heels are more likely to get arthritus when they are older!

Really? I didn't know that! That's fine with me - I'm a flat girl! Haha, good to know I'm not the only one who barely ever wears heels. =]

Guy here, I like to see women wearing heels.
I work in an industry were I seldom see women. And if I do, it is either the steel-toed boots for the production floor, or the corporate dress shoes which I don't really find attractive.
That's why I am biased for women wearing heels. Match it with a good dress, and they would deserve a second look.

Haha, well I suppose you have a good reason for wanting to see a woman in heels. I would get tired of closed toed shoes too.
