When you have nothing more to discuss on myLot what do you do?

Countless people sign up everyday to start myLotting, perhaps in the hopes that they will earn some money ..or maybe just to discuss on various topics.
I joined myLot recently because I was doing some research on PTC websites and when I goggled around for decent information , I got a few results pointing to discussions on myLot on the subjects that I was researching on .. so I opened an account.
I later learnt about the rewards programme and It was brilliant , if I could make a few dollars a month and still find useful information was a wonderful enticing fact.
I have read a few posts , even started my own at one point and I keep doing this everyday now since I signed up because of the incentive of getting paid to discuss.
What's bothering me is .. I am about to run out of things to discuss , I am not sure how long I can keep myLotting before I am completely dry of topics. Perhaps I need to take a break ? or start replying to discussion of interest .. I dont really know ..lol
What do you do when you have nothing to myLot about?

When I'm bored or I have nothing to do, I visit the website BILLBOARD VIDEOS . NET & I watch all the hottest music videos from the past.
It's the best way to unwind & relax if you ask me!

But it is also good to check and participate on others discussions. It is not boring after all, you can learn so many things in reading...

If I'm getting bored with the discussions, I start to upload pictures. I have a lot of pictures in my desktop. And I think it would be nice to share them. And the good news, there's incentive for the pictures we uploaded too. It's nice isn't it?
Or maybe you can do some tasks to increase your earnings.

We are only compensated for the photos we are uploading if each photo added to is posted in your discussions or comments or responses...

As afr as I'm concerned, I think if I have just few topics or none, I will still log in mylot which I enjoy most. I think I still can the post that tmylot begins. I can reply the post . Maybe there will be something that you want to say to your mylot. So just happy to be here.

Hi samawati. I had the same concerns a few days ago. But I realized that I could get a lot of points for discussion from the news, TV programs, literary books, and magazines. I also actively participate or share my thoughts on myLot discussions.

nice question.. lol.. i too have joined mylot a couple of days ago.. hmmm.. i dont actually think people run out of topics here.. coz every hour or so, someone posts a new topic.. so i guess people who join here are full of ideas (money-making ideas).. lol.. kidding.. but yeah seriously.. i never had one hour that there was no new posts.. its just a matter of being creative.. :D

Things happen but I hope that I won't be like that. People get ideas with everythign happening in their life, like life experience, workplace, friends we hanging on and family. We also can get the latest new from the paper and other media. Sometimes, when I feel not in the mood, I do my hobbies so that I can satisfy my inner needs. hen only I can satisfy other thing in my life.

As a beginner I also felt the same and even didn't work in mylot for almost one year. Now I am no longer in that situation but someday I feel lazy to do work and that days I just spend time to read other people's responses especially by the seniors which help us to learn more about mylot.
It is not necessary to post your own discussions everyday but try to post your replies which can also earn some money. Try to comment back to your responders and find out the difference in earnings. After reaching 100 posts you may feel more interests in mylot. Then you will get a star and rating power, increase of earning ratio etc. So wait for the new excitements in mylot.

hi samawati I respond to others discussions when I run dry as there are so many that interest me and too I try to keep comments up on my own discussions as people respond and I should comment on the responses to show how much I appreciate it. there is lots to do on mylot. really we are paid for what we do not for the responses we get but for our comments on thee responses, and our responses and comments to others discussions. it pays to work at this really it does.

The world is constantly changing everyday, so I don't think it would be possible to run out of things to discuss we could spend all day on discussions just on hot topics out of the newspaper and off of the news.
A simple goggle search on breaking news birngs up pages worth of things that could be discussed.

Hi samawati! Welcome to mylot. Same here I come across mylot when I was scammed by bestdollar site... I saw topic/ post regarding inquiry about its legitimacy... I responded and gave warning to the person who posted the question, unknowingly, mylot is a good paying site...
From then on, I become active to this site and was paid...
When you have nothing to discuss, or no idea about anything that you wanted to start, you can always go and find interesting to participate on. Just browse to the todays top tab, interest, recent and new pages...
I am sure you will always find interesting topics in there... I learned a lot by reading discussions of others. That make mylot best...

if i run out of topic to throw on our community wall i just response to topic whether silly or not, i'm back in fort with top's discussion, new or no response or my interest and pick topic the brings my interest...but normally when i'm bad mood, i'll just check my earning, responses to my discussion and give comments and turn my pc and watch tv..

Occasionally someone ran out of the discussion topics. Even when we talk directly with someone, whether it's with our friends, our wives (husbands), our parents, our children, who as we speak, there must be a pause. Sometimes while watching TV, we are reminded of something we've ever experienced, and it became the topic of conversation. Not to worry running out of topics of discussion, all that is happening around us, could be a topic of discussion material. Or just read the book, but not the book poured directly on the discussion MyLot. It's called plagiarism. But look at these interesting topics from our side, and friends of our discussion, what the benefits of these topics for us all, and so on, depending on the ideas we have. I rarely post a discussion in MyLot, had once or twice, but otherwise I prefer to respond to an existing discussion, it was enough for me. Like now, I give my comment on this discussion of yours .... hehehe ....

Hi samawati, welcome! i am also quite new here and i can understand your situation. I would like to share with you what the seniors here in myLot advised me. Its simply that if you donot have any topic to discuss then simply respond to discussions of your favorite topics. It really works for me, it is possible that you run out of topics but here are fellow myLotters never let the myLot bank of discussion dry :). Also there is a task option which you can do and earn something but i have no experience regarding tasks so cant tell u more than that. Hope that some senior myLotter will stop by here and give you some better suggestions.

Tomorrow is another day, everyday is a different day. you may have new idea every day. i am here not to earn money, it is a lot of work earning money here. just for communication, replying to discussion of interest, know something.

I came back on My Lot one wek ago, after an absence of more than one year. What I have foiund at times, is a lack of suitable discussions to respond to. We are encouraged to give lemgthy, quality replies. This can only be achieved if there are quality discussions started. There just dont seem to be many where I can give a response of more than four lines.
I decided that I needed to contribute to this lack of good discussions by starting some of my own. What I found, was that I want to reply to my responses, and I believe this doesnt earn us anything. At least so I thought. Someone replied to me today, and said that we do earn for replying to responses. I have noticed that when I reply to a response, my posts number does not go up.
I suspect sometimes this is why people are not starting many discussions, as they would rather respond and earn more.
If I run out of discussions to start, I do lots of responses. If I run out of responses, I do the housework!!

Really a nice question.At first I was like I could make easy $1 a day with my bunch of questions and rest.But now I find myself wandering to even respond to any discussion.Most of them talk crap and i am fed up answering how we can make extra money questions.
