For me the favorite line is from an Hindi movie called Anand. The dialog is "Zindagi lambi nahi, badi honi chahiye." This means that Life need not be long, but it needs to be big.
That line has a very profound meaning especially in the context of that movie as it is uttered by a person who knows that he has only 3 more months of life in him.
Cheers!

I have a couple from some older movies. First, one I use to justify my laziness from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. "If God had intended us to walk, He wouldn't have invented roller skates."
And, The Lion in Winter has way too many great lines. Practically the whole movie is one big favorite line. But, there's one when Henry asks Eleanor to give him a little peace and she says, "A little? Why so modest? Why not eternal peace? Now, there's a thought."

To make something special ,you just have to believe it's special. it's from the film Kung Fu Panda. it was released in 2008.
The story of Kung Fu Panda is very simple and straightforward. It tells how an ordinary chef overcomes difficulties and becomes a respectable kung fu master.
The theme of the film is everyone has the potential to be the person you want to be if you pursue your dream.
Main characters
Po is a Panda who was born in the family that runs a noodle shop. His fate is to be a chef to continue the family business. However he really wants to be a kung fu master.
Shifu is a kung fu Master who has five favourite students: Tigress, Viper, Monkey, Mantis and Crane. They are all very good at kung fu and have potential to be a new Dragon Warrior. By the way Shifu in Chinese means Master or Teacher.
Tai Lung was an orphan who was adopted by Shifu and learnt kung fu from him. However he's bad in nature and was imprisoned. He will soon break his prison to invade the Peace Village where Po and other animals live.

"I,ve seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tanhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time like tears in the rain. Time to die". Blade Runner.
I saw this movie many times, specially i really like those words mentioned above.

That would have to be Clint Eastwood's famous line, "Make My Day!" Love it and I use it all the time :) Have a good one!!

I have lots of different ones from lots of different movies so I'll just go with the first ones that come to my mind....
Because I am super excited to be going to see it in the theater tomorrow: "Easy, boys, Daddy's working" from Boondock Saints 2: All Saints Day
I was looking for something else earlier today and I found this (from Lord of the Rings: Return of the King):
Gimli - "I never thought I'd die fighting side by side with an Elf"
Legolas - "How about side by side with a friend?"
Gimli - "Aye, that I could do."
It made me smile when I first saw the movie and again when I found it today.

It might sound a little silly, but I like this sentence from The young Frankenstein:
"It could be worse, it could rain". When it started to rain I began to laugh incontrolably, so that's why I always remember that sentence, and can't help saying that when it looks like it's going to start raining anytyme soon.
