How do you take it if your supervisor behaves in a rude manner?

Unfortunately not always you can get over when your supervisor decides to become all rude with you. In one of my previous jobs I would have a manager who seemed to hate me for no reason, as we only spoke once and the only thing I told her was "hello", but she did all she could to make me be fired. I couldn't prove the bullying, so it was a really sad story.

If in anyway your supervisor displayed any rude manner that seems inappropriate, you should contact your human resource manager, and file a complaint on it. They will do the investigation, and give a fair trial, I think, but I doubt it most of the time. So, keep your eye sharp, and report it.

At work our company has been taken over by another company. So we have a manager from another department in our store at the moment to show us the ropes. Our manager is at work as well, but its this other guy that is telling us what is what. Anyway I was in the managers office the other day and this new guy was being completely rude about our staff at our store. He called us all stupid and lazy. Which was to do with the fact that this guys staff had shown our staff how to do something and they had shown us the wrong way to do it. So it wasn't my staffs fault. Several times he has been heard insulting all the staff. To me that is just completely rude. I complained to my manager about what was said and he has obviously said something, because the guy has been as nice as pie since. Hopefully we will have our store to ourselves soon
