I for one perfer either "flock" or "firefox". Both browsers tend to do a lot better then Internet Explorer. Though now with IE eight, its not nearly as painful. To stair at. At the current moment I'm using Flock the "social web browser. That in the long run seems to perform the best.
However, If you're a sighted user then I recomend Opera. It has a bulit-in downloader which includes bittorant access to webmail right in the browser, and a chat program.
It however is not screen-reader friendly so if you have a screan reader it won't do much more then take up space on your hardrive. Though I'm not real sure on that seeing as how its been a year or better since I last had it installed.

Well, for me the best browser is the Mozilla firefox! First I've done a lot of tweaks to make my browsing experience faster and it didn't failed me, unlike others that begins to slow. Another is that it has a lot of cool add-ons that I can use, just like the autofill form which I used for redeeming in lockerz.

I've never heard of snow leopard. I always use Firefox for about 4 years. And I think it's much faster than IE. The only disadvantage is that Flash is not supported well in Firefox.
