why i usually want go to sleep?

i usually want go to sleep .and i feel i very lazy. i don't know why. do you also want go to sleep every day? how to deal with it when you want go to sleep in the day?

I think that it is very important for us to sleep earlier in the evening. Only when we have had enough sleep can we feel energetic in the day activities. So have you thought of the problem of not having enough sleep? Then avail of your sleeping hours and I am sure that you will not feel so sleepy during the day.

Hi Fwangaa, you are luck. For me, I have no time to be lazy, I get up at about 6:30am very day, and then run to the bus station. A day's work begining. after eight or nine hours work, I have to get the bus in the rush hours, going home. I will not go to bed before 23:30pm very day, because something work you have to finish at home before you go to bed.
To keep me sobering up all the time, I usualy have some strong tea or coffee, That wake me up sometimes. but you must be interest in your work, if your work make you boring, nothing can wake you up to face.

I think you are tired and not getting enough good sleep during night time. I love sleeping and when I am tired I feel like not going to office. Nothing like sleeping for long hours when you are tired.

So go to sleep in the day. It can be quite luxurious to sink down and bury yourself in the covers for a whole afternoon. Best case scenario, you'll get a good nap and wake up refreshed. Worst case scenerio: You wont be able to sleep the following night, but if that happens you'll stop wanting to sleep in the day. :P

panda's are one of the laziest animal in the planet and they spend about 40% of their time sleeping
nowadays, i do oversleep. about 12hours sometimes. and this happens when i don't sleep early and get up early. when i get up early like before 10am(which is really difficult for me) i feel more energized even if i just have few hours sleep. but when i get up around 12noon, i feel so tired even if i have slept enough and due to this, i feel like staying more on bed.
well, try to change your habit and it's what i'm doing now. there are more oxygen in the morning that makes our brain and system more active

Hi. I feel that why when I'm bored or depressed. I would rather sleep the whole day instead of doing nothing but think of more negative things that could worsen the situation.
But if I have something important to do, I drink more coffee or water. Also, I would constantly remind myself of the possible consequences if I did not get the job done.

sometimes it's hard to battle it up when you are sleepy during the day especially at work so i make to the point to sleep early in the evening, have some regular exercise and have always coffee or move around in my office so i would not feel asleep at the office

I usualy feel sleepy when I have a work to do. But when I play my favorite game, i hardly want to sleep.

Hi fwangaa! Winter is coming and cheer up!Every day I get up at 5:45 and nurse my baby. Because i mustleave home before 6;30. Then i will enjoy a whole day work until 16;00. I have no time to be lazy.
So if you always want to go sleep, you can try to arrange more things to do.
