We don't have any indoor plants. Between the children and the dogs I don't think that they would stand a chance. However, I would like to have just one to hang from the ceiling in our dining room. My mother always had a spider plant in the dining room while I was growing up and her mother did as well. Now, I just need to wait for my mother's spider plant to have babies and I will be able to start my own off of hers which was originally started off of my grandmother's plant.

Hi jugsjugs, I too love indoor plants a lot and I have many around my house, goosefoot plant, a couple of begonias, African violets and a few cacti and succulents.I keep changing their position depending on the weather and it is a challenge to grown and maintain these plants indoors - all the best

I was forever trying to keep all the real plants alive as i was forever killing them,i would either over water them or worse forget to water them.I think that there are alot of fake plants as well as fake flowerds that you can buy nowadays that look soo realistic.I think that both fake as well as real are about the same price to buy aswell.

I used to have a lot of indoor plants, but when we moved I didn't have room for them. Now I have a few fake plants.

Right now it is freezing outside for my sunflowers, so I have already taken inside. It has been in my apartment for more than a month and I am glad that it is still good though it does not bloom in the winter. I wish it would stay alive for a longer time inside the house though it will die sooner or later.

I do like real plants as well as fake ones i used to have alot of indoor plantts and they always made the house look better in the dullest of corners of the room.I am thinking of getting a few realistic plants as that way they will not die on me like all the others have in the past.

I have many indoor plants.I keep 2 sets of all the plants that I have inside and keep them out in the open after a month while bringing in the ones that are outside.Plants purify the atmosphere and enhance the look of a room.I keep experimenting with different kinds of plants. The ones that are very easy to maintain are goosefoot plants, money plants and a few varieties of begonias and African violets..

I have found that having cats as well as 6 children it is hard to try to stop them from touching the real plants as well as me trying to remember to water them.I think in the future i will get fake plants as that way they are harder to destroy and if the children as well as the cats knock them over there will not be a mess.

We don't have a lot of plants in here because we have a cat who might destroy them, or worse yet, be poisoned by them. We have one aloe vera plant that sits on the top shelf of a book shelf in our living room, that the cat doesn't get us, and occasinally a vase of cut flowers in my room, but that's about it.

No I don't have indoor because I have a black thumb. Its the opposite of a green thumb.I kill any plant I try to keep longer then a week.I have even killed cacti and that is difficult. My grandmother got the green thumb and my mother can hold her own.I am the miserable failure in my family in terms of plant growth.

I used to. I used to have ivy, charlies, spiders, pregnants, and even those ones that eat flies. Oh ya. They were a hoot. You have a fly moving around the room and the next thing you know it is gone and you never hear from it again. Oh, and the verigated colius'. They are lovely and some very pretty colors.

I too use to have a bunch in my house in New York. Now living in New Mexico I don't have any. I don't know exactly why but I too need to get some because I do miss having them around.

Indoor plants is a nice thing to have at home. Not only it refreshens the place but also makes nature set into the surrounding.I do keep a pair of flower pots inside my house.i love to see it's greean color and feels happy when seeing that a leaf or a flower is budding under the gentle care of my hands.I enjoy taking care of it but watering it once I'm home, cultivating it's soil, checking on it's leaves and getting rid of those which are withering. Plants has it's own way of making me feel good inside. That's the reason why I'm keeping some of them.

I don't. I have a black thumb. I am lucky if things grow outside. Nothing grows inside. My mother on the other hand has a house that looks like a green house.
