Suffering abuse from my wife

I have multiple pain on the body. You may want to know why, but it's really hard to say... Tell the truth, my wife has a terrible temper. If I just made a little mistake, she would throw anything available. General, she preper throwing plates to me. I remember she threw the plates first time in 3 years ago. I thought I can try my best to accommodate her. But now, I found almost all the plates thrown by her can hit me accurately. Help!!!!!
