It seems every time I read something on Green Tea it like a magic potion. Here's one.
We all probably read that Green Teais good for your skin and also helps fight Cancer. But did you know that Green Tea is an effevtive BELLY BUSTER. I read in a recent study that exercisers who drank 4 cups of green tea a day for 12 weeks lost over 8 TIMES more AB fat than those who drank ordinary caffinated beverages.
Who knew? I wonder if you can get cheaper health insurance?

Hi there I am a green tea drinker and lover for over three years. I started drinking green tea about three years ago, I like its taste and it is very refreshing. I drink 2-3 cups a day. I noticed that ever since I started drinking green tea I stay physically fit and slim. Before I used to have some baby fats in my belly, but now... I could say that they all gone. I guess you are right that drinking green tea with proper exercise is an effective Belly Buster.

Thanks for the information. I do like drinking green tea but usually I drink one cup a day. I would be willing to try it but I would need to start exercising.

Green Tea seems to be the big thing right now. I never knew this about the abs, but hey if it works I guess why not. Im not a big Green Tea drinker at all. I have taken the green tea pills but never really noticed the belly going down. Maybe I need to take them more often..LOL
Have a nice day and keep smiling.

Green tea is tea made solely with the leaves of Camellia sinensis that have undergone minimal oxidation during processing. Green tea originates from China and has become associated with many cultures in Asia from Japan to the Middle East. Recently, it has become more widespread in the West, where black tea is traditionally consumed. Many varieties of green tea have been created in countries where it is grown. These varieties can differ substantially due to variable growing conditions, processing and harvesting time.
