jackee Nothing like a good hot cup of coffee in the morning. I like Maxwell House. i have drank it since the 1950s. Tried others, but they don't satisfy me the way Maxwell House does. On the road,I like Ducan Donut's coffee. I think it;s the best on the street.

jackee Jenny, Get yourself an ice pack, and lay on that. The ice will work on your inflamation, and will help lull you to sleep. Not to mentio take an aspirin, or similar to help ease the pain. Remember pain is fire, and ice is water. You want to put out the fire....
