the cucumber, a great pm snack

Did you know that the cucumber has most of the vitamins you need every day? Just one cuke contains Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, and B6. Also contains Folic acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, Potasium, and zinc. Cucumbers are also a great pick-u-up for when you get that afternoon droop. Reason being is that they contain good carbohydrates, and the Vitamin B, and this can keep you going for hours, so you won't need to go to that caffeniated soda. So, an afternoof salad with some cukes in it with other vegetables will get you thru the day So, enjoy the snack and what goes with it.

Ah..you have done some research for this great fruit vegetable. There are plenty of cucumbers in my place so next time I would snack on cucumbers instead of chocolates which will give me the much needed nutrients. Thanks for the info.
