No Cravings Workout

Here's a workout that won't make you hungry after your done, and will help you drop a dress size. People who practice yoga are more likely to eat mindfully- noshing only when they are physically hungry, and stop eating when full. This may be why they are about 15 pounds lighter than people who don't do the*Downward Dog
(*Downward Dog is a yoga position) I didn't know that. Any Yogas out there that can throw something out on this?
