The way you talk...

Sometimes there are so many things going through your head and you want to voice it all out at the same time. Do you find yourself shortening the way you say things just to voice your thoughts out loud? Such as ending most of what you say with "You know?" and then the person you're talking to doesn't really understand what you mean when you say "You know?". I usually try to understand what the person is trying to tell me so that I can give my honest opinion but it's very hard when all I can barely understand what they're saying because it seems like all I'm getting are half thoughts and then ending with "You know?". It gets very frustrating at times. Do you know someone who talks like this? How do you deal with it? Sometimes when I ask them to repeat what they just said they repeat it the same way.

I know a lot of people who talk like that. Sometimes I do it too, except I'm wary of using "you know?" as a sentence end. If I'm uncertain of what they mean I try to ask a more specific question (which is most usually based on how I perceive their intent) to understand their meaning.

I totally know what you mean!! Sometimes I just ramble on and jump from one topic to another without really explaining anything and everyone's all O-o??? Haha, I don't really know many others who are like this a lot but it has happened to some of my friends maybe once or twice, but it's happened more often with me xD For my friends, I just try to understand what they say but sometimes it does get frustrating like you said, but I understand how they feel too when they just want to pour everything out.

I do that too sometimes. But when I realize that they're not getting what I'm saying I try to say it again in a different way without waiting for them to ask me what I'm talking about. But usually if some people don't get what I'm saying I just drop the subject.
