I love good ribs preferably pork, and I really like them saucy, but some people prefer to do a dry rub which can be really good as well. How do you like yours saucy or dry rubbed?

thenieruz I prefer dry rubbed (preferrably non-pork) ribs. They're delicious and the only meat I'll eat still on the bone. Now, trying to get the family to eat them dry is another story...

thenieruz Kudos to you for making a stand. Yes I complain when I am treated wrong. Often enough I am told tough luck. Still, complaining has a time and a place and I always make sure it's worth complaining about before going at it.

thenieruz It really is a tough time. Hopefully things will pick up again. I may or may not do something else part time, maybe take courses at the community college. It's always best to just keep moving forward and get on to the good things when you get sour milk.

thenieruz I used to update a blog on Wordpress but it became a little tedious. Adding images and videos was quirky at best. And many times the images needed some tweaking before it'd appear the way you want it to. Overall I wasn't impressed and won't be updating there...

I was having a lot of problems with Internet Explorer 8 on Windows 7 until my Broadband Provider suggested Safari. It is really quick for searching and finding and much better than Internet Explorer. Have any of you tried it.

thenieruz My favorite game is Final Fantasy 10. I was actually a little peeved when they made a direct sequel to it because it just became an estrogen fest. It was a tragedy and tragedies don't have happy endings!
