When going away, how soon do you start packing before you go?

I am last minute person, but I made my list for packing few days before my trip. I just come back from Europe. Packing and unpacking is not my favorite thing to do, so I minimize my packing list and take versatile clothes and smaller possible items with me.One small bag is always working for me. I usually pack everything in very last minute....

Hi there Ice Smile. Well i like to get what i need in time, but about the packing this may depends on the mood and on where i am going. I may prepare my luggage early on with 1-2 days before the trip, or i can make it with just a few minutes before i go. The thing is no matter when i make the bag, something always manages to be left out... :D

Hi icesmile, If it's only me who's traveling, I pack on the night before my departure. I prefer to travel light unless I'm going to stay in my destination longer than a week. When it's a family trip, I start packing my kids' things as early as a week before the schedule, it's because I need to bring a lot of things when the kids are traveling with me.

Hi friend, I am very flexible regarding this.Sometime if i am in hurry and the traveling has been decided all of sudden, i don't pack everything needed.But if it is preplanned than i may pack every thing absolute.Well,it all depends upon individual mentality.But we should be care full about packing.

well my mom took a real tym to pack the things bt for me it takes only few minutes to pack my stuff because i m always very clear as to wat should be packed and arangement is a task of just feww minutes so i do my packing in last tym only bt nt too late lyk if i hav to go in night then in morning or in afternoon my packing is done

My husband and I will make a list of the things we need before we leave on a vacation, and then the night before we go, we'll put everything into suitcases. This way clothes won't wrinkle too much before we get to wherever it is that we are going, and because of the list, we won't forget anything.

I start just before sleeping if I'm going next morning. But come and tell this to my wife. She almost go nuts to see me packing just hours before departure :) (hey don't tell this to her) But I do need to check if all the stuff I'll need will be ready for "that night" before hand.
