I spend a couple of hours daily, off and on. But, what I can't figure out is why men use femal avatars for their account!!! Is there gender confusion with these guys?

So far, in two days I've spent about 2 hrs. First day, 5 posts, 1 hr and $0.29 . Recruiting seems to be a key, as well as target postings in a day. I'd be interested in hearing some of ya'll with 1000+ postings how much you've made.
