What are your favourite meals you like to cook?

I love to cook anything and everything but I think some of my very favorite things to cook are ones that can be done during the summer on the grill. One of my specialties is barbecued ribs. I can cook them during the winter in the oven but it's just not the same. I Usually start with a whole slab of ribs and put a dry rub on it then wrap it on foil and let it set in the fridge overnight. Then the next day I heat the oven to 225 and slowly cook the ribs for several hours. During the last 30 minutes of cooking I start the grill and let the flames settle down, then I take the ribs out of the oven and put them on the grill...cover them and open the vents only slightly so they will smoke. Since the ribs have been cooked in the oven they don't need a lot of time on the grill just to get that smokey flavor. They are always delicious and I can't wait until summer to cook them again.

That is a very good question for me. You know, I don't cook my main meals. I am av ery bad cook. All I know how to cook is boiling water ! LOL ! So, I can only make coffee or tea in the mornings for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, I have to go out to restaurants or food courts, or microwave food packages. I have to keep a stock of food packages.

I like breakfast foods. Eggs, veggie bacon, pancakes, muffins, and the such. I would probably eat breakfast three meals a day if I could.

hi umer, I love cooking spaghetti and carbonara or any pasta dish. I also love cooking Filipino dish. Hmmm...chicken manchurian? sounds delicious! I love chicken too..

I don't get to cook as often as I would like too, but I do enjoy to cook. If I were to list all my favorite dishes my fingers would cramp. As it is I'm typing faster then I normally do to get as much information out in as little time as possible. Of course I'm fairly fast as it as but that's beside the point. I will normally work mostly with raw meats such as hamberger chicken and pork. those are the three I work the most with. I make a verity of dishes as well with them from hamber helper to seasoned meat with potoas and bgies.

I really like to cook Italian meals at home! I make spaghetti and meatball and chicken Parm. I also really like to cook thanksgiving type food. Like i whole chicken or Turkey with mashed potatoes, gravy and a vegetable! great now that i'm thinking about it i'm getting hungry (to bad i'm on a diet!)

I'm cooking it as I type this. "SPAGHETTI" I love cooking the sauce , frying up the burger and sausage.I'm making it in the slow cooker and it should be ready pretty soon, it's been in there for about 3 hours now and starting to smell sooo good.
