It is so refreshing to think that when we were younger, we have this common belief or perception that eating peanuts will make you smart. Nowadays, it is no longer a tangible fact. Because peanuts are proven to have high amount of protein and also a good source of Coenzymeq10 and many more that may help you to focus and meditate your mind to perform well. But for some reasons it also provides you the energy and enthusiam to make a stable mindset and helps right away to generate more ideas. What do you think? Do we have the same experience during your childhood days too?

nop, it is only a silly myth, but it's true peanut is a good source of protien and fat and i makes you awake if you are studying late night, but i think the what contributes to make peanut food of the brain is the iodized salt that they used in having peanut a taste which you can also have in pop corns..
