Well, we all have our own taste buds. My taste buds like "coffee". I like the three in one. Made easily for busy people like me. Always ready and can be bought and drink anywhere. Coffee is my daily liquid so I could go through the whole day. If I could feel I am too much already that's the time I force myself to water or milk. I just need coffee to stay active and awake. But I know i must cut down because it is very bad for my health. Happy mylotting!

I always prefer tea than coffee:) even though I prefer tea I drink both.
I have studied that Tea has Theobromine and Coffee has Caffeine. This theobromine is good for health than Caffeine in coffee.
Taking one cup of tea is good for health also... Not more than that:)

Hi adamc151,
Although this topic was already posted, I will say again.
I generally prefer tea over coffee, as I'm sure most people do. Tea helpes my relax and gives my something to drink and an important time of the day to take off "Team time!" . However, I also drink coffee either early in the morning or else late at night to make sure I stay awake. Although coffee is more useful than tea, since coffee containes caffein, too much of it is bad for you and can result in kidney failure and that is why you must be careful! Too much tea is also bad, but not as bad as too much coffee. Also, just a note, if your'e planning to take tea, please try your best to take it without sugar, because as you know sugar is bad for your teeth.
Have a good day!

This is how i see tea and coffee. I drink tea when i'm relaxed, like sitting down on the couch and watching some Television. For me, coffee is more that sort of energy drink. I take coffe mainly to wake me up in the morning, to prevent my from sleeping or to give me some energy when i feel ' drained '. Funny you came up with this discussion as all i could think of is what others classify tea and coffee as. Overall regarding taste i prefer coffee. Especially when its strong :).

oh. I disagree, I think tea has a much better flavor.. Coffee tastes ok sometimes -but it still always leaves a bad taste in my mouth after I drink it. But tea doesn't do this and I think it goes down much smoother..
I prefer Tea but I have drank them both!

hi
i dont consume either tea or coffee much.i have them when i have any headache and relax myself.whenever i am feeling sleepy during study hours, then i have either coffee or tea,so that i awake to study.
coffee is not that good for health as it contains caffenine and esp it is not good for women, and drinking much tea and coffee also decolours teeth to yellow and also spoils the gums.
