kokila19 Ya, I also do the same. When I have my board exams, I wake up in the morning by 3 clock and wash my face , brush and start studying. I cant study in the night. I tried so many times to do night study but I always slept.

kokila19 I will also eat egg anytime a day. The thing is egg has rich protein content which takes time to digest, so many people always prefer to have them as a breakfast one. Too much of anything is not good for health.
