You receive a call in your office and the caller is very rude. What will you react? Will you behave politely? It is not your fault and you nothing about her/his complain.

professionalism is outmost during the call, that's our policy when i was taking a call on the floor, everyday i got irate customer complaining simple issues like how to send text messages, why they can not make call (phone is on offline mode) they set pin on there phone and forgot it now the phone is lock...but we usually warn customer if they are already using profane words on the phone..though we are customer service we still do need respect for customers..

Hi. I would behave well and try my very best not to control my patience. Most especially, that caller is either a supplier, a customer, or a boss. Unless of course, I am ready to lose my job and pack up. If not, I would rather listen very attentively to his/her complains and see how I could help.

Then you are really patient.Yesterday I told the woman who called me how impolite she was in an politeway.Of course I am ready for her complain to my boss. However, she didn't. Then maybe i am lucky. But if i didn't tell her what's my feeling to her,I will feel uncomfortable,of which my mum says is not good to me.
Happy mylotting. And i will try to be more patient.
