INTERNET has become an inseparable companion in our daily life.It actually does not disappoint anyone who is in the quest for knowledge and information. It is a wonderful source of reference...a million facts at the touch of a button. What else could anyone hope for in retrieving awareness on variegated topics and matters.?

Hi. I partly agree with you. I use the internet to interact with other people from around the globe, to entertain myself, to market my business' services, and to find answers or data/inputs to my questions/researches. But sometimes, internet disappoints me because of the information overload such that it's hard to check the legitimacy or authenticity of the the information we are reading. But of course, that disappointment could be so little as compared to the significance of its other uses and benefits. Life would be very different without the internet.

The Internet is full of good information. You can also find a lot of bad information in cyberspace, then there is some out right dangerous stuff to be stumbled upon. You really have to know how to navigate the web to avoid the gunk.

If you are American you can seek out Snopes.com to find out if whatever nugget you just mined or landed in your email box is the truth or simply an urban legend. Urban legends have hit orbit in the age of the Internet.

It is amazing to me that I come across people every day that still don't realize how valuable the internet is. It took me a while to start using the internet, but once I did, I was hooked for life. When people ask me what I like to do for fun, I say learn. It is sooooo exciting.

Yes, you are right ..there is no such topic or interest that one would not find on net, right from religion, philosophy, fashion, management, business, hard wares and softwares, whatever you want to know about you will get on net, even if you want to research about some product that you want to purchase and you dont know any one who has purchased it, then there will be many articles if you search on net, educational articles are also found, as well as entertaining ones....there is no end to all these....

Hello my friend sukumar794 Ji,
You have steamed out well. But is it 100% reliable. There are SPAMS, bugs and Virus. One has to go so narrowly by avoiding them. At times , it may cheat one as well. I doubt, if there is one single way for a fool-proof approach.
Wishing you a very happy Chrismas and New Year-2010.
May God bless You and have a great time.

It is amazing that we ever had a life without the Internet! Yet I am old enough to remember starting my first job in a bank with not one computer or ATM in sight! I lived many years looking up information in the old Encyclopaedia Britannica! These days I rely on my laptop as a lifeline to the outside world and feel at a loss if my connection is temporarily down. The Internet is a wonderful thing isn’t it? I have a strong feeling that it may catch on! (LOL)
