I have heard that we must have some fill of atleast 7 different fruits daily. I do wonder if this is true. In this way they said, you can enough vital minerals or vitamins. I tried once but it has been a struggle for me to look for 7 variants of fruits. Now, I am thinking if I will still continue this practice or not.

keshloie143 instead of 7 different fruits daily why not three or four and make the others 3 or 4 veggies, that way you cover all the various vitamins and minerals you need. also try to get as many different colored fruits and veggies as eAch color gives you different good nutritions that you need. good luck God bless.

That is a very good practice. I always eat fruit salad and vegetable salad. It composed of not just seven fruits and vegetables, but more. Try practicing to eat fruit salad and it will not be a struggle to you. There is a freshly prepared fruit salad in the market. Anyway, aside from fruit salad some fruits can be easily eaten and find in the market... such as bananas, apple, grapes, melon, guavas, orange, citrus, papaya, pineapple, and a lot more. Keep eating fruits my friend, it is very good source of vitamins and minerals essential for a healthy body. It is also a good dietary fiber.

No no no... Its 3 different fruits daily. This is possible,
but 7 differents fruits i've never heard of! Everyday in the morning, i cut 1 banana, 1 apple and 1 orange and eat it. here in brazil is easy to find tasty fruits, so we eat them in abundancy!
