Wow eight dollars!! that is so much money!! r u kidding me. Now to pay a hundred dollars for a bunny I could see where your coming from but eight bucks isn't that much at all. Ask anyone and they will say that's cheap!

Well, only adopt one if you're prepared to care for it properly for it's lifetime. Rabbits can live a long time and most people are not prepared for that. Which is why there are so many in the shelters. One of my rabbits is 14 years old. He was rescued. And my other rabbit was found roaming the streets. So rabbit ownership is definitely something people should take seriously. I recommend checking out the House Rabbit Society's website for people considering adopting a rabbit.

I love bunnies and rabbits. They are adorable animals. I used to have a rabbit called Sally and my sister had a rabbit called Tiggy. Tiggy turned out to be a male even though his breeder had sold us two female rabbits. So she had been wrong. They had seven bunnies. We found homes for two and kept the other five.

you should adopt two. bunnies are not happy alone. also they are NOT low maintenance pets, live a long time and need a lot of care. certain things (neutering, vets bills) will be expensive. if you can take on the responsibility then go ahead. if you just want something cute and cuddly then buy yourself a teddybear.
