Who's like green mango?

I like mangoes. Green and yellow ones. I never however tried making the green mangoes nto a salad. I love eating the green ones without any other stuffs, only if it's ripe. The sour, green ones, I eat with salt or soy sauce with sugar. That masks the sourness of the mangoes.

I love eating green mangoes too! But I just usually eat it on its own with salt, shrimp paste or soy sauce and usually with chili too. But I have never tried it as shake or in salad. I want to try though.

yes I like to eat green mangoes. The sweet kind and the really sour mango. I like it in salads and just eat it straight with salt and vinegar or a little sugar. The next door neighbor has a mnago tree of the indian variety and it's fruiting now again this year. The good thing the neighbor lets me get some mangoes from the terrace at the house. I just had green mangoes last week from my cousin's tree and now some have been ripened.

just reading your post makes me crave for mango..yup! like green succulent green mango, i usually eat them fresh with salt to balance the acid and yeah it is also great idea for salad and add some chili..

I starts to like green mango since I met my hubby. He is green mango lover. Everytime we go shopping and dropby fruit stall, he will buy green mango. Sometime he purposely buy and do marinate with chili shrimp...hmmm yummy, yummy!

I'm not sure if I ever even tried green mango. I loved all the kinds I have had though. :)

Hi 518theo,Well,during my teenage days i really loves eating green mangoes.But now at my age i don't like the taste anymore,but still i always bought it ,because my daughter loves to eat.She likes mango mixed with salted sauce. Thanks,Good luck!
