Have you ever met with an accident in road?

I haven't seen the accident in person. But recently, my younger sister experienced a motorcycle accident in person. She was knocked down by a motorchycle, whose driver even didn't get the driving license. My sister's head got hurt severly. She had to accept a craniotomy after observed for one day in the hospital, otherwise, she would lose her life. Now she has left hospital, but she still need accept another operation - cranioplasty two months later. Therefore, I really hope there will be no accidents in road. But I know it can not happen.

Yes, I have seen a lot of vehicular accidents in my life. It is simply because I have worked in a rescue unit for about 13 years and part of my job is to respond to emergencies including vehicular accidents. There were situations with multiple casualties and there were those that with minor injuries. Nevertheless, I and my comrades try our best to give them the best possible care.

I was teaching at a school in a village. I had to cycle to work and the journey was six miles one way. I was waiting at some traffic lights behind a car. The driver of that car reversed into me. It damaged my bike and lightly hurt me. I took down the driver's phone number but he gave me false details. I was so pleased when the school care taker mended my bike. I felt shaken up after that accident in the road.

i was in a public vehicle that just stopped because the traffic light hits red. as i was looking on the other lane, there were two girls who were pulling each other as if they dont know if they'll cross the street or not. upon reaching the middle, to their surprise, the light turns green! one immediately ran to make it on the other end while the other ran back. the one the ran back was hit by a car who flew meters away! i wont forget that scene where she was lying down on the street, shaking with all those blood flowing on her head.

Hello!Traffic is a global issue.So to say,traffic accidents caused by driver auareness of road safety with the very poor relationship.For example ,speeding driving ,drunk driving,and so on. Therefore,we must start from the self ,be careful driving and enhance road safety awareness.

i have seen a few accidents, and i also experienced a accident with my friend. luckily i am unhurt in that accident, but my friend isn't. now i really don't want to look back it....

Well, here is how it worked. I met with a deer in the road, and the accident (my mini-van) went driving down the road to the insurance adjustor who declared it totalled. djbtol

I have come across a number of accidents in my day. I even seen one really bad one actually happen. One person let the guy cross in front of him, and the guy pulling out couldn't see the traffic coming in the second lane. The second lane of traffic had a car moving full speed. The first car pulled out right in front of the car, and they t-boned them right into the driver's door. Sad thing is, this guy thought he was being nice letting the guy pull out in front of him. Why didn't he think about the other lane of traffic that was moving full speed? So sad!

not really. have been in small accidents nothing serious, and i m proud to say that none of them were my fault. what could i do if on a really bustling road, the driver in front of me suddenly brakes? thats not really my fault. someone driving on the wrong side of the road... not my fault. it bugs me how people drive so carelessly, uncaring of their fellow human beings' lives. i personally drive the way i would want other people to drive around me. i wouldnt like to get in anyone's way, drive on the wrong side. etc...

Hi, I have seen many and I have met it too. Once I was going for an outing with my friends during my college days. We traveled 3 in one bike and my friend lost his control and left into a bush with more than 90 kmpr speed. 2 of us badly injured and me with God's grace left with few bruises. Another one I have seen when was in a bus. A family traveled in their vehicle and lost control on a main traffic area and soon the husband and wife was under cover and saved with small injuries.

yes.. and let me tell u its gruesome and horrible to watch one.. atleast when u happen to watch a major accident.. i was a witness to my friends accident...it was minor though.. but it was all confusion all around and mess.. it takes great time to get back to normal things.. hope never ever to see one cheers!

Have been commuting from/work in a bus everyday, so I've seen many accidents on the road. But the worst I've seen so far is when I was still studying at college. A guy was hit by a speeding ten wheeler truck. I cannot describe really the details as it might offend readers of this discussion. Up to this day I can still remember the incident and the horrifying scene of what happened.

Ive seen way to many accidents. They have all been due to a drivers negligence. Cell phone usage not looking both ways Ive seen it all. I had one woman just last October decide that she could beat a red light to make a left hand turn when she did she hit me.(My first and I pray last) She t-boned me so hard I spun in circles. I was only doing 30mph. In South Carolina where I lived at the time There were always accidents many would say it was the tourist not knowing where they were going. Funny thing is every accident I ever witnessed or drove by all had South Carolina plates on their cars.

It causes increase in the number of Vehicle. I have admit one person in hospital and report the police

Hi, b4b. I have seen plenty of accidents on the roads. But, I could not see close up inside. I could not see bloody and wounded bodies. I have been a passerby when I have seen any accidents. When I was about 6 years old, I got hit by a white car that was coming up the road. My head was busted. I had to go to the hospital to get stitches. It was very scary. I have known many people that were in bad accidents, and they are alive to tell their stories. Thank God for them.

I have not see any accident and I have not met any accident till now. Thanks to god:) but I do dashed some vehicles and fall down :( when I was in my school days. One thing I remember it was not an accident, it was my fault. My dress get caught in the wheels of the vehicle and fall down. I got very badly injured. I can say, this was the one which made me careful. After this one, I was very cautious while riding my vehicle :)
