We all get the greedy feeling sometimes, but you have to remember that to be able to have the big bucks, you have to start at lower rung of the ladder to be able to get to that really nice big paycheck. Key is that you have to be a little bit patient, but the way society is today that is a very hard task to accomplish!! This is what I believe anyways, can't tell you what to do, but can tell you know what I believe

I would rather have a job that I love to get up to go to every morning and get the respect and are appreciated. People who love their jobs are the luckiest people in the world, I believe.

To me a good job is not the one with the highest salary, but rather the one you can wake up in the morning and want to go to. I will take respect over money any day of the week. Money is better than poverty, but it cannot buy good health or happiness, and a bad job can destroy both of those. Some people think money can buy friends, but those would be the false kind who turn up missing when the money is gone.
Of course a job with respect AND a high salary is the best :-)

Quite right! Good job is very important for most people, but salary is not the sole rule to judge whether it is good or not.If you have a job with high salary but the job make you unhappy and very tired, the job isn't a good one. So I think good job can make one feel confident, pride and relaxed which can't be gained using money. Is anybody support me?

For me a good job is the one with a good salary and a flexible schedule. I wouldn't like to do the same things over and over again, so routine is not for me. I want to be able to decide when I should take a break. That is why I want to be an architect. Although it takes a lot of work to become one, I will not quit. This is the ideal job for me: I will be able to be my own boss, the money will be enough and I won't have to deal with routine, because every project will be different. The money part is pretty important. Not that I want to be the richest person alive or something like that hehe. I just don't want to get to a point when I have to say "Maybe next year I'll have enough money to go on a holiday".

Hi, rahularya. I would like a job that gives me enough salary and more respect. I can still make a certain amount of money and have the respect for completing the job. Some jobs ay well and they give you their behinds to kiss. They feel that if you are working for them, you should take their mess and deal with it. Well, I would rather not make a high salary job in that case. I want to be respected.

Rahularya, having a high paying job that does not give you job satisfaction but makes life a drudgery, is not worth keeping. I prefer a job, that gives me enough to get by, where I have time for family and friends as well as the home. My job must permit me enough space for growth and development, mentally and emotionally.

salalry is the first thing I may concer. a good job for me doesn't need really high salary, but It should be enough for my daily living needs besides buying a dream house, a high quality car.
Matching with the salary offered by the company is the working condiction . People I work with should be nice. when I have question then may pleasure to answer me and help me to solve the preblem.

..Hi rhularya, Well in today's world, you need money to take care of yourself, to pay your bills, to keep a roof over your head and food on the table. So a lot of respect in a job would be great but you can't buy food at the supermarket with the respect you get at your job. So I for one think that I would want people to respect me, but I would need a job that gave me a sufficient salary for my employment. Take care.

Though I don't have the experence of job,I think it's important get much more respect than get enough salary.Money is not omnipotent.Money can't buy our dignity and happiness and so on.A high salary job is important, but respect and happiness precious .

A good job to me is for me to have fun while making the money I want. I know nowadays many people hate their jobs even though they have a high salary. In the future, I hope to find a job that's fun and pays well so I can support my family with it.

happy and well paid and challenge
when i was doing my first job i thought to learn some skills and had more promotion was very important, then i jumped into a big company,in fact it has good benefits and well paid, but not very relaxed and happy under the boss's big presure.
so if i jumped another time, i would choose a big company with challenge well paid and good working enviroment.

for me, i'll like to have a job that i enjoy. that is the most important to me. if the pay is really, but i don't enjoy it, i think it'll just be a tortue and money will not be able to compensate for everything. the best is to have a job that i enjoy and a not so bad pay. as long as the pay is reasonable, i'm fine with it. And to be truthful, respect does not really come to my mind when i think about jobs.
