yalanda520 yes,i think working is a good way to make me change this bad habit.now i got a new job,i can get up early every weekdays,and also go to sleep early.i love working time ,even i just can get a little money.

yalanda520 i'm sorry too late to reply,thanks very much.now i have to go to work six days each week,so i have to get up at 7.30am,and also i have to go to sleep early.so maybe working time will make me change this bad habit.
