hi, i have 20 computers in my office both mixed some are AMD and some are INTEL processor systems. I play online game silkroad and some high graphics single player games. Some times I get lagged while I play in both the processors. I am thinking of buying more computers for gaming purpose. So I want to know which will be better for gaming ?

I think if you are on a budget, a dual-, tri-, or even the quad core AMD athlons are an excellent value for money (all under $100). You can also get the 780g or 785g chipset for very good integrated graphics performance.
However, if you can spend $200 for a CPU, the core i5 is the better deal.
So it actually depends on your budget...

If you are looking for a gaming processor purposes or even for multi-purposes then I prefer AMD. AMD is overclocked friendly most gamer choose these processor. Apart from that it is more cheaper when compares with Intel. In addition, when overclocked you have to changed manufacturer processor fan to optimize the heat for safety used that may last years for your used. However, I am using both Intel and AMD. What I don't like about Intel it's getting becoming slow the older the processor being used.

If you are into gaming, then AMD is the answer to your questions. (Offline gaming) like FPS, RTS etc which require better processing power and have a high graphics demand run better on AMD processor cause the architecture of AMD processor is meant for gaming.
Speaking of online games, the speed depends upon the speed of the server, the distance between the server and the host (you) and the speed of your internet connection. Thus, this has little to do with your pc specs.

I go with Intel processor. Intel Core i7/i7 extreme is the best processor for me for gaming purpose. It may be too expensive for you but AMD supports some motherboard that has a built in GeForce 6600. In other words, you don't need to buy video card unless your game only supports higher than Geforce 6600. Just wanna share my comparison.
