I know for facts that bright coloured fruits have high concentration of antioxidant. Evening primrose oils and berries have a lot of antioxidant.

drink green or white tea everyday..i do!! i haven't been sick in forever!! Even had swine flu come through my house 2 times and I didn't get it..I also take cod oil, flax seed oil and vit D everyday too..

Hi Kearyaingeal,Welcome to mylot!Well, there are many fruits and vegetables which is rich in antioxidants.Here are some, Red cabbage,brocculi,and cauliflower.Some fruits are Blue berry,grapes,apples and pine apples. My family loves to eat fuits and vegetables ,so i always bought some of those every time on my grocery shopping.Thanks,Good day!

Various fruit juices such as orange, and grape have them as well as whole vetigables. Dark chocolate is also a good source of them as well and is often considered to be more healthy for you then white, milk, or any other type of chocolate out there. Try apples and oranges themselves to cut down on the processed crap that goes into making juice. I think that about covers it.

Vitamin E containing foods are good anti-oxidants. Apple is the best source for anti-oxidants. Tomatoes,garlic,carrots.beet-root and spinach are some of the noted foods with high anti-oxidant contents.
