dolly2686 hi tuyakiki! well music rejunevates you more and makes u work more...i prefer rock and pop music while doing the postings or browsing network sites...i wud prefer slow music while i relax on bed and during some writing work

dolly2686 Its better if u eat 3hrs before you hit the bed.Sleep without dine is not good for health. Better have something which can be easily digested.Mostly prefer light tiffin at nights

dolly2686 well this is quite common with old age people. In this disease the beta amyloid plaques are formed in the brain tissue which leads to death of neurons. Dementia is the common symptom of this disease.

dolly2686 Vitamin E containing foods are good anti-oxidants. Apple is the best source for anti-oxidants. Tomatoes,garlic,carrots.beet-root and spinach are some of the noted foods with high anti-oxidant contents.
