ann_known18 u need to drink 8 glasses of water in a day, have exercise even running or merely walking.. and the important thing s do not eat too much.. i lose 1.4kg in one week by eating more vegies and fruits that junk foods and meat :D

ann_known18 i think the charges thingy are just speculatios. i dont think facebook would charge their users, because f thats the case many would chose not to open their facebook accounts and consider other free social networking sites..

ann_known18 whenever we make promises it cud surely result to consequences which is fulfilment and frustrations.. however, we always have chances and options to fulfillment.. promises can be broken but it is not always meant to be broken ;)
