There's so much information out there that we're overloaded! For those who are looking for businesses, can you talk about what you're looking for?
For those with existing franchises, can you talk about your current experience? Perhaps it can help others.

If you are looking for a low start up cost business with great earning potential in ANY area, as well as high profit margins. I would suggest checking out Blossoms Fresh Fruit Arrangements. Their start up costs are low, it is a high demand product all over the world and they have many incentives. Being a new Blossoms owner I can say that my experience with them has been fantastic, they are very knowledgeable, experienced and are available to me day and night. If anyone is interested contact Tracy, she is the Business Development Proffessional I worked with and continue to work with throughout my business ownership. Her email address is tlbailey@nb.sympatico.ca
Best of luck to all of you looking to become your own boss, from experience I must say it has been the most rewarding, fullfilling experience of my life.

Yes it is www.blossomsfruitarrangements.com they are an amazing company to work with, they have provided me with more support than I could have ever expected. They are mainly in Canada and the United States at the moment however have no began to develop worldwide.
There is not alot of information on their website about starting a franchise under the own a blossoms tab however request to speak to Tracy she is a huge book of information and great to deal with. I posted her email address above as well, she is very prompt at answering any questions you have. She is who I worked with, and whom I continue to work with even after my business has opened. They dont juggle you around from person to person like a previous franchise I was involved with. They are very personalized.
Yesterday for the Mother's Day holiday in my area today I have taken over 75 orders. With a 68% profit margin it is very profitable. I wish you the best in your search, I know my search took quiet awhile to find the right one.

They are still developing and growing and investment requirements are very reasonable compared to others of their kind, it is a good time to get started with them.

Well since i am not that knowledgeable about franchising in here, I might as well refer to your to sites that can help you seek what you want.
http://www.pfa.org.ph/
http://www.franphil.com/
This two sites have lots of information that can really guide you if you want to invest in franchising business. I hope this helps you in finding what you want with your money. The thing is try to assess what you really want to do a lot. That is the key to making more money doing what you want in life. Avoid getting leads from others because they are usually just doing it to earn from you. Seek what your heart desires.

Of course what better information can you get is from the franchisor themselves. Mylot can be a good avenue of getting information but not all that you'll get in here are real. Be aware that there might be a few in here that would just take advantage of you. You just mentioned money in here so beware.

First and for most, do you have the money to invest on franchising? Given the fact you have, how much can you invest? There are two type of business, 1 is macro business and the other is macro business. You can determine which business to franchise by how much money can you afford to release.
Btw, to be specific if I have a 1 million budget, I will go for a fash food franchise. Its up to you want kind of business to choose from.
Hope it help you.

Ok, good point. Let me set the parameters. Let's say I've been working for a couple of years so I have P1.5M on hand. That amount should already factor in initial investment and working capital for the next 2-3 months. Given that, would you still go for fast food? What specifically?

Of course it all boils down to how much are you investing. Once you have a good amount you can check on the food franchise that are available. Filipinos love to eat so going for a food franchise would be the way to go. But of course, location also plays apart once you determine the specific restaurant or any food places you want to invest on. Also, I think you should look into checking on the locations so that you have a good chance of getting your money back on your first year.
