It was said by Philip Crosby that this is his goal of his quality improvement process.Zero defects is not only motivitional slogan, but an attittude and prevention, and not mean being perfect. But Crosby said that you must do your work correctly on the first time.So does Crosby is right of saying that yyou must be perfect in doing something???

Yes you must be perfect on what you are doing because you cannot easily return what was lost to you. As simple as that. Maybe you can repair ir but you will be wasting to much time in doing it, At the same time you are wasting to much money in paying your employees or on the repairs for the things lost. We all know that we cannot perfectly attain zero defects but we can prevent it if in the first place we are already trained to do such things. That's why we need to be trained in a designated job for us.
