Interested in a blog link exchange?

Ok, first off, please someome tell me if I'm violating any rules ok? I have a couple of blogs and I'm interested in exchanging links. This is assuming you have a REAL BLOG that you've been updating regularly for so long. If your blog is a pure AD kind of site (and it's easy to tell), no thanks. We can even do keyword link exchange. For example, if you have the word GOUT in your blog, make it link back to me. Just PM me or something. No shady characters please.
