Hi saurabh_rmp,
I believe every experience in our lives are worth for learning, no matter it is a success or failure. Moreover, we can learn from others' experiences, too, by means of sharing or reading. You're right! We grow faster if we learn from our experiences. We should live and think in a positive way. It helps us and others, too.
Merry Christmas to you.
Cheers and best wishes,

I would agree in totality with you saurabh_rmp that we should learn form our failures.
Would like to add to what you said about one going up in the life for that i personally would not only learn from my failures i would also keep my eyes open to failure of the people around me going in the same direction and learn from them as well.
life is too short to make mistakes than fail and learn from them and not too repeat them ...
you got to be fast.
cheers !!

Helo,
I think every experience in our lives are worth for learning, no matter it is failure or success. Everybody learn fast from their own experience besides others experience to look observe others life and read others experience in the books. I think, we must be positive always. In this this world, every famous person has failed somewhere in his life. So Be positive, be happy, and post such good discussions. ..

..indeed right.. experiences of failures encourages a person to strive more and do better.. this is why failures should be regarded as learning steps towards the achievement of success.. nobody succeeded without experiencing hurt..
