Hi friends,
I currently got the chance to purchase a Nintendo Wii Gaming Console after wanting one for quite sometime. I love the system a lot it's a lot of fun and you can download older Nintendo Games from the Wii Shop which brings back a lot of memories from my childhood and old school games are very fun, its amazing too see how much the graphics have changed over the years.
So my question to all of you is what's your favorite Nintendo Wii game and why? Do you only play a certain genre as far as games are concerned or do you try others? I love to play the Mario games and sports games such as Madden and hockey, I've never been good at basketball games on any game consoles, the only basketball game I'm any good at is the basketball game on the new Wii Resort that just came out recently.
Do you have any other game systems you enjoy playing or wish they still made, I know you can buy older systems on eBay, Craiglist and sites of that sort but of course most are used and you can't guarantee that'll last very song. I also loved playing the original NES, Sega Genesis, and Playstation 1 and 2.

I quite like the Wii sport - it's good fun playing it with my husband as I usually win! But I also like the Wii fit - unfortunately you can't play it with 2 people which would be much more fun. Like this we always have to play separately and my husband tends to take over!

Hi taraelocin,
Thanks for the response. I love the Wii Sports too, my favorites are baseball and bowling, I haven't had much luck with the boxing or golf yet but I'll keep trying to get better at it. My best friend who lives with me usually kicks my butt in bowling by a lot lol so sometimes I get pissed, I can never seem to win, no matter how hard I try too. I love the Wii Fit too, it's great for fun and exercising and it's cool their put together into one thing. I can't wait until I can buy one again sometime, their slowly going down in price, I wouldn't have paid full price when they first came out but like everything else it starts to decrease in value/price.

Hi checkmail,
It's cool to hear you play Nintendo as well, I use to love Duck Hunt and the original Mario games as well. I think I played Contra a long time ago but I could be mistaken. I usually play video games once a day but not always, sometimes it depends if I'm bored or not as well, because it helps to kill the bored em.

Hello sahsports4883. We do have a Wii console at home, but I don't get a chance to play it often because my kids, and the neighbor's kids are always on it. We have a lot of lego games at home: Star Wars and Indiana Jones. When the friends come over they have Call of Duty II.
But the last time I spent a good amount of time playing Wii, is for boxing. That Wii Sports game that comes when you buy the console. I get a good workout just by trying to increase my character's rating.

Hi bounce58,
I really would like to buy the Indiana Jones Lego game, I had tried the Star Wars one in the past and it was awesome, they seem worth the money and very popular. I've noticed on eBay this holiday season that people will pay a lot to get their hands on any of them. I've never been into Call of Duty II but I know it's a very popular game and I wouldn't mind giving it a try sometime. I love the games that came with the Wii, the boxing I had trouble getting the hang of for some reason but it seems like a great work out, I love the baseball, it's fun and Wii Resort is fun too as far as the basketball, tennis, cycling and other games go, it's definitely worth the $50.00 price tag.
I tried the Wii Fit before and I would love to get it again, it was fun, and the price is slowly going down more and more.

The Wii is a very fun thing. ^-^
My sister got one last year. I haven't played that mny games on it, but I will reccomend the Mario/Sonic Olympic Games (we have the summer one, there's a winter one out now I think- the game can be quite a workout! lol) and Super Smash Brothers Brawl (the Super Smash Brothers games are always fun).
I've also heard that the Mario Kart Wii gameis really fun, as well as Super Mario Galaxy.

Hi olisaur,
I love the Wii, it definitely is very fun and worth the money, it's very interactive and gives you a chance to feel like your actually doing everything yourself. I love sports games on the Wii for this reason, you feel like your actually playing the game and most of them you have to get off the couch and do something instead of being lazy. I have the new Super Mario Bros and it's really fun, it's worth it, it brings back a lot of childhood memories, as well as Mario Kart which is always fun. I also downloaded Zelda, Super Mario Bros 3 and Sonic The Hedgehog 2 off the Wii Shop Channel, 2,000 points for $20.00 isn't bad at all and you can order the Wii points directly from your Nintendo Wii with a credit/debit card which is awesome!! They offer up to 5,000 points I believe it is which will cost you $50 I want to say but I could be wrong. I'd like to try the Super Mario Galaxy game as well as the Mario and Sonic At The Olympics, it looks so fun! The Mario games are one of the best things about the Wii, it definitely helps Wii sales I'm sure of it and the fact that you can use the Wii Fit and all these other great work out games and equipment they come out with.

My favorite game from the Wii is Super Smash Bros. Brawl
I'll never get tired from the series. It's so good. They added a lot new features on the game, unfortunately it loads so slow. :(

I enjoy playing mario kart for the wii as well as My Sims Kingdom. We have a good amount of games for the wii but we don't tend to play them as we don't have time to play games like we used to now that we are working.
I enjoy rpg, shooting, and mystery games, as well as racing.
My husband and I also have a 360, a game cube, a n64, and a nomad.

I love the wii! Mainly because there are less button combinations. lol I currently am hooked on Resident Evil 4, but it's a bit gory. Very fun game though.

I do not have a Wii but I do play a lot on PS2 and PSP. The PSP is especially handy since I can take it when I am travelling or even take it out when I go out in my city. It doesn't exactly fit into my pocket but I can carry it in my hand - it is definitely bigger than a cellphone the size of the iphone. My favorite games on the PSP are Wipe Out Pulse, NFS and Killzone Liberation. I also like God of War and Twisted Metal and if I really feel like variety then SIMS. I have several games for my PC as well but it does not have the same graphics like the PSP and is a bit slow as well though my Studio system is one of the best amongst the low-end systems for gaming.

I love playing Spore Heroes game. That games is really great. We can create monster whatever we want. After we create a hero, we can explore the world of spore. You must complete many mission to explorer the other region in the world of spore. This game is very interactive. I always trying many genre of games: education, RPG, adventure, sci-fi, and mores. I love playing Mario Party 8 too. I'm playing this game with my family. It's very fun to spend more money with my family with playing this party game. Beside, Wii, I'm playing NDS, GBA, Computer, and Playstation 1. Happy Playing!
