Your Job

I make myself indispensable by plain and simple hard work. I do more than I'm asked (within my bounds of course). I learn from my mistakes. I strive to do things right the first time and correct them immediately after doing them wrong. I ask questions about what I do not fully understand. I understand how I learn things and use methods that work for me to get the job done.

Indeed a nice discussion. I have been working with a BPO from past 16 months and every passing day has been a learning event for me but yes there is still a fear of insecurity of job as far as my performance is concerned. To ensure that everything goes in place I try to keep myself up to date in terms of professional skills and technical skills as well......but at the end of the day we really cannot predict the future...!!! -- Saurabh Yadav
