jbwestra That's not healthy for sure. I would sit down and "budget" your time out. Spend a little time figuring out what you are going to do for the week. Set alarms, to do lists or whatever you have to do to stick with your "budget". Give it at least 2 weeks to get in...

jbwestra That has never happened to me. Did you look it up on webmd.com? Could possibly be a form of tinnitus. My wife has tinnitus so I did a little research. That sounds somewhat like it.

jbwestra I have that same fear that I will get lower earnings if I don't tag my discussions. I don't see anything in the fine print that indicates that it helps or hinders but you never know. Good question. I hope someone with more experience can answer it fully.
