Where in the bible does it say that God is a girl? I don't understand where people get this idea. Someone please explain.

Your question is a legit one and I think it all goes to a belief way back. Throughout history men were thought to be destroyers. That all they were, were creatures of war and destruction.
Women were thought to be creators, life givers. God was supposed to have created the world and the creatures on it. So it would only be logical to think that God is a woman because of the creation aspect.
I should have given a little more but that's off the top of my head from research I've done and history classes.

I heard that from a song. I don't know where she got the idea but I think that it is unappropriated. God does not tell what He is so why we keep guessing what we don't know. God forbid us to discuss about His features. Furthermore, what is the difference if God is a man or woman? Just d our duty to serve Him and He will bless us with love and care.

And what makes you believe in the bible or in some other holly book???? God is not a human, hi is not a girl and not a boy! Bible is very special book but the problem is that all in it is not what you think- it is all metaphor. You have to reed among the regulars. If you do it, you will understand that your question very perfunctory.
