Weird thing or a normal one?

Hi guys, you know, I..., just want to mention about a strange thing that often happens, to me I know this may sound quite weird to some, but I had to confirm it,I, feel that my ears pick up some strange sounds,surely not words, or any whispers but like the wind blowing or moving inside my ears, they seem like working hard,to pick up or catch some sounds, when it's completely calm and silent, when nothing could be heard.Do you think that something's wrong with my ears, or does it ever happened to you?
