Suggest a weight loss method

Hey Am in a very pitiable condition. When I was a teen age girl I ate like anything like a giant monster. But now I minimized . But my weight is not decreasing.
I am trying to excercise but time is not permitting.
Conditions
No excercise is possible. Am leaving office at 7am and return by 8pm. two days holidays at week ends.
Any food which does not cost more than $10 (rs.500 INR). Because if a food has a ability to decrease a weight then it is harmful to health..
Suggest a good diet method so that atleast it does not increase. Am now taking OATs

Oats is very healthy and has lots of nutritional benefits specially in decreasing cholesterol. Just make sure to include food that boost your metabolism rate like raisin, almonds, banana, apples and berries. However you need to watch your caloric intake as raisin and almonds are high calorie(10 almonds or 1/2 cup of raisin is more than enough. Spicy food is claimed to increase your metabolic rate as well. Cinnamon is a great metabolic booster and not to mention unbelievably healthy.

Hello this is the main problem every one is facing now a days.. i feel the solution for the problem will be
avoid late night works
eat only nutrious rather than all the chat items which contains fat etc
as u said u dont have time to excerise atleast try to do it for 15 minutes in morning and in night
drink some fruit juices
the main part is avoid oily foods and chat items atleast for 6 months u will find the result

According to me you must follow this. Get up early in the morning and if it is possible start jogging. After that if you go to the office by car, get off from your car 1 k.m. from your office and start walking towards your office. And have lemon with your meals. You see your figure will be changed very soon you want. try this for a month.

peoples are giving so many suggestions. and listen my suggestion also.
you can loss your weight by doing your regular activities with out doing any fasting and without doing more exercise. iam an guider to weight management course. if u are serious with your weight loss program then consult me and follow my instructions. so you can simply loss your weight.

The best way to lose weight is to eat plenty of vegetables and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, this helps you feel full. Then walk. If its just inside when the weather is bad, then do it. Walking boosts your metabolism and burns calories faster.
